Repair & Maintenance

1. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number:

• Before sending any equipment, contact our service department to obtain an RMA number. This helps us track your repair and expedite the process.
• To request an RMA number, fill out this form: Axio Service Request Form
• If you would like to request a loaner unit to use during the time it takes to repair your device, please fill out this form as well: Axio Loaner Agreement

2. Prepare Your Equipment for Shipping:

• Ensure the equipment is clean and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Include the following information inside the package:
   
• RMA number (clearly marked)
• Your contact information 
• Description of the issue or service requested

3. Ship to Our Service Center:
 

• Send the prepared package using a trackable shipping method to:

4. Repair Process:
 

• Upon receipt, our technicians will assess the equipment and perform the necessary repairs.
• If the repair is covered under warranty, no charges will apply. For out-of-warranty repairs, we will provide a quote before proceeding.
   

5. Return Shipping:
 

• Once repairs are completed, we will ship the equipment back to you promptly. Shipping charges may apply depending on warranty status.
