RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Axio Vet Sciences, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact your sales representative or our support staff.  If you would like to return the product, please follow the steps below.

Devices:
Devices may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition with all components and packaging.

Accessories and Supplies:
Accessories and other veterinary supplies may be returned within 30 days only if unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@axiovetsciences.com with your order number, the serial number of the device or product, and reason for return.  
    
2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
    
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
    

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
   
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
   

Exchanges:

1. Contact us at info@axiovetsciences.com with your order number, the serial number of the device or product, and reason for exchange.
    
2. We will provide exchange instructions if applicable.
